Our Story

Our coffee, company and brand was inspired by Colonel Guy Holt. He born in Jamaica, Long Island, New York. All of his grandkids called him 'The Colonel.''

The Colonel joined the Air Force in 1958 and served 24 years in which he mainly flew B47s and B52s. He had over 5,000 hours and left with the honors of Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal with 12 Oak Leaf Clusters, Air Force Commendation, and Joint Service Commendation. 

The Colonel was a published author, an amazing father and grandfather to so many. His legacy still lives on today and we are excited to carry this tradition into our brand of coffee. 

Colonel's Coffee was born from a passion for two things: exceptional coffee and a deep commitment to making a positive impact on mental health. Our journey began with the realization that a simple cup of coffee has the power to do more than just energize – it can create moments of connection and inspire change.
